1. Introduction

Welcome to the Critical Aid Foundation of Khartoum and South Sudan. By engaging with our services, website, or activities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 

We are registered as a company limited by guarantee, operating solely for charitable purposes. We do not distribute profits to members and are governed by our Articles of Association. 

Our goal is to deliver humanitarian aid, education, healthcare, and community development to vulnerable populations in Khartoum, South Sudan, and surrounding regions. 

  • Open to individuals and organizations who support our mission.
  • Members do not hold shares or receive profits.
  • In case of dissolution, members agree to contribute up to £1 toward liabilities. 
  • All donations support our charitable programs and operational costs.
  • Donors may receive updates but do not gain governance rights. 
  • We reserve the right to decline donations that conflict with our values or legal obligations. 
  • Volunteers must follow our code of conduct and safeguarding policies. 
  • We are not liable for personal injury or loss unless due to negligence. 
  • With consent, volunteers may be featured on our website or materials. 
  • We comply with UK GDPR and data protection laws. 
  • Personal data is used for communication, reporting, and operational purposes. 
  • You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time. 
  • All content, including logos and publications, is owned by the Foundation unless stated otherwise.
  • Use of our materials requires written permission. 
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of our services. 
  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties unless explicitly stated.
