What is CAFKASS?

CAFKASS is a UK-based nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering critical humanitarian aid to survivors of conflict in Sudan and South Sudan. We provide food, water, medical support, and shelter—while promoting dignity, resilience, and long-term recovery.

CAFKASS is a company limited by guarantee with charitable purpose, registered in the UK. We operate with full transparency and comply with UK charity and data protection regulations. Company number 16759065

Who oversees CAFKASS?

CAFKASS is supervised by His Grace Anba Sarabamon (Bishop of Atbara, Omdurman & North Sudan) and His Grace Anba Elia (Bishop of Khartoum & South Sudan), with governance provided by a board of trustees and advisors committed to ethical leadership and humanitarian impact.

How is my donation used?

We ensure every donation is used responsibly and transparently. Funds support emergency relief, logistics, local partnerships, and operational costs necessary to deliver aid effectively. Annual reports and financial summaries are available upon request.
